Just had an appointment with the psychiatrist working at the place where I am at for getting hrt. And once again felt like I had to defend my whole case all over again. I am getting so sick of this shit. I spent like a year defending my case here, they made a report, psychiatrist supposefly read the report, why do I have to do all of this shit again as if I just started here. And it sounds like I am gonna have to fo that a few more times between 2 waitlists before I can finally arrive at an endocronologist.

If you on the edge of thinking abt diy vs formal hrt. Just start, you can always go through the gatekeepers after having already started diy, you'll go through them way faster too.
(this assumes that where you live has a system that is somewhat similar to the dutch one)
