More or less that there has been a century-long project of ‘inverted eugenics’ to use societal processes to selectively rewards, brainwash, and pavlovianly reinforce compliance and callowness to create the most pliable and homogenized population that could every be controlled. IMHO that is the end objective of Neo-liberalism.
