Yes, that is an option, but given how much of the US tech sector is headquartered there, my guess is that would bankrupt canonical overnight.
@Nicholas Conrad @GrumpyRabbit I mean, nobody would actually follow that rule though, anybody can share an ISO, so I don't think it would hurt #Canonical very much.
