No tax on tips

I will go wait tables. I worked as a chef fpr 14 years and let me tell you in the right restaurant the waitresses ive work with have made $400-$800 a day on tips. Waitresses will make more than the chef. Sooooo hahahaha this is kinda of a weird proposal.
