Is there anything in the clarity act that will effect Bitcoin in any positive way? Haven’t looked into it much but it just seems like stable coin regulation for the most part

Potential laws around bank custody, maybe a de minimus tax exemption. Those and a few other things like development security and self custody security would be best case scenario
