I grew up with rats too. They are so smart and cute! Our first family rat was “Jacky” ☺️ then we had “Nosy” and when I moved out of my parents house I had one I named Ganja… 💖🐀

Rats are awesome

When my sister was a teenager, she used to carry her pet rat around. One day she was jumped by two thugs but they freaked and got distracted when they saw her rat and left her alone. So yeah, RatFu is a thing!

Consider getting him a partner they aren’t meant to be solo and can get very anxious and depressed. I made that mistake and still feel bad about it.
