It's all perspective. We're at the point where crying isn't really anything and we're just zen. Last night we had the 5, 3, 2 year old and the 3 month old and shit was fucked, but we're in a zen place because we're so worn out. We all adapt.

Go outside. Like 5 hours per day in the stroller. The movements will help alleviate the gas and the fresh air does the rest. They just sleep a lot better. And they're young, so don't worry about them "oversleeping" during the day. The air bomb makes them more tired at night. Avoid syrups and stuff. ...

if I went back, I'd make sure mom eats lots of red meat to produce lots of real human milk, instead of feeding him industrial white waste, and keep him 24/7 physically attached to either parent so he gets his movements and his body heat.
