i'm just getting into radio recently, picked up a two way. can i use geogram with it?
Those would likely be PMR devices.
There are some limitations:
+ Low power (0.5 watts typically)
+ No headphone jacks to plug into the phone
+ Law doesn't permit data transmission on PMR channels
I'm preparing a cheap alternative (5 euros each) that connects with bluetooth and gives similar range albeit fully legal to operate and no configs needed. Before March is available.
