I slowed down and soaked in this beautiful moment when the woman in front of me at the meat refrigerator pulled a ground beef pack and said to her what looked like a 7-8 year old perhoas daughter:
"It's gotta be grass fed and grass finished. NOT just grass fed. That would mean they were fed grass only once, not the whole time".
The daughter then asked: "what would they be fed with the rest of the time if they are fed grass only once?"
"Grain" replied her mother.
