Plans? Keeping a personal maintenance fork doesnt seem super hard. The test suite, though, was what kept it incredibly stable, and that will quickly go stale.
good news: lots of forks in the last few days. the one by @Dan Ostermayer seems to have the KVM test suite wired into github https://github.com/fort-nix/nix-bitcoin/forks
