I guess I also don't like this kind of business attire because unless you are a very fit white guy of a particular type it's much harder to pull off.

An older woman, or a Black guy or someone who is disabled won't "look like a CEO" in a tee as easily.

So it's a kind of fake egalitarianism which is the most Californian thing in the universe.
