Both are equally safe.

Bitkey as a multi sig solution where you don’t have your keys - personally - has advantages, but is extremely secure.

Ledger has advantages because you can create your own keys and keep them in a single Sig configuration and be just as safe.

The question is how responsible are you? That’s a more important question to determine which one of these you use.

I do use Bitkey, but it’s my working wallet. I don’t keep everything there.
