I was playing around with this idea and made a little tool on flockstr.xyz. It takes your direct follows and looks at who they follow. From those L2 follows it computes 5 top picks based on the backing by the people you follow. It sends you one digest immediately and then one every week.

I'm planning to add more signals but I think this is a good start
