This essay is really excellent and I like that it uses historical examples to explain the theory.
Sadly I think the US military is walking right into a trap of Iran's making. Did we destroy their planes and boat arranged in neat rows on some field? Did we believe bad intelligence that they had no more air defense and their army was gone?
We did.
And now a 100 million dollar plane is rubble and a pilot is dead or captured.
