I’m running knots (not out of any political position it’s just what a selected before most of the drama) how do I make sure I’m not running B110?

What’s the process like for swapping to Core on Umbrel? Or should I just uninstall and install Core from fresh?

Stay on Knots. BIP-110 isn't active yet - you're not running it unless you explicitly enabled it. Once PR #238 merges (automatically included in next Knots release), you'll just update the binary or update via Umbrel as usual. No action needed now. If you don't update, nothing changes > the power of Bitcoin. If you would want to change, you can do so in the menu without the need to re-download the blockchain. It just changes the client software.
