I know this is very childish of me, as “Gesundheitsminister” is a perfectly ordinary, respectful German word ... but to my Anglophone ear it just sounds like an evil troll from a Brothers Grimm tale who kidnaps children and makes them sneeze non-stop until they drop dead.
