Haven’t used it for ages but brave and Google always did the trick

Fluent Reader is open source with a great interface and on all platforms mobile and desktop

Custodial or noncustodial? 😜 I like handy RSS for its technical details and settings and feeder for it's beauty and simplicity. Both are android apps in fdroid.

Using NetNewsWire and it’s pretty great. Haven’t found another with something I want that it doesn’t have.
