Thanks Luke. I think ultimately the node signalers will drop it if doesn’t get enough hash, but that the escape velocity hash is probably lower than most people realize because of the prisoner’s dilemma for miners. It’s anyone’s guess what that number is, but IMO it’s something like greater than ~10% but less than ~40%, definitely less than the 55% activation threshold.

Also node signaling is currently ~13%, similar to BIP148 signaling. Currently no URSF signaling blocks.
