I am reading these stories about cheburnet in Russia, the "great wall" in China and probably more countries or group of countries (like the EU) could create something simular in the future.
This fragmented internet looks so scary.
There always be a way to escape it but it would be difficult and always changing the set up around it.

I hope there will be some good solutions around this issue.

Could someone post here the right set up for Russia at the moment?
