Am currently going through an irritant-triggered flare of allergic asthma and upper-airway inflammation rhinitis.

Everything is currently setting me off, neighbourhood woodfires, fragrances of any kind, cooking and oven baking, dust floating in the air from when the heat pump is going 😬

Both my allergist and GP are involved trying to get my airways to calm down. Haven't prescribed me prednisone yet as they are weary too after my prednisone causing cataract surgery last year. Am currently living my life with an n95 mask on my face for most of the time.
