nice - are u able use ROCm ollama - not try that
then 8GB VRAM + 16GB RAM = good for
qwen3.5:9b 6.6 GB for sure
u need download latest - unzip n run it

ollama-linux-amd64-rocm.tar.zst
idk fedora - ubuntu debian for sure can be done - ROCM driver install is must
