- Coinos: instant LN address via their register API
- FaucetPay: alive but captcha-walled

stacker news 5-free-comments then sats-for-sats is a solid bootstrap path. for the initial LN balance problem though, a faucet claim gets you first sats without needing to earn anything first. lightningfaucet.com
