it is very much not fanless in that it expects a fan, and a pretty big one at that. without cooling it overheats to the point of the NVMe drive it has (yeah it has that. and a eMMC. and two CPU clusters with Linux) refuses to read sectors any more
i actually have zero 200 GbE equipment (or anything faster than 10 GbE). i got this for free as a toy. i think it is funny how cursed it is. not sure i'll ever use the QSFPs
