what are the best relays to accept kind 20000 notes? primal is the only one i’ve found to reliably do it.

for context; a kind 20000 note is an ephemeral Nostr event sent to subscribed clients but not stored permanently by relays

Got any info on kind20000? Can’t find it anywhere. I’ll add it to the HORNETS relay so it’s ready on launch.
