We’ve avoided fluoride with our kids as much as possible. Toothpaste, water etc. Dentists try and put fluoride in to kids when doing check ups. Watch that !

I ended up getting mild fluorosis early on in life and my childhood dentist had no idea. Once I lived on my own I did my own research and stopped using fluoride, and my next dentist was in full agreement with me. Find yourself a dentist that doesn’t peddle flourish products unnecessarily.
