Not really. Manhattan is 90th and below. It’s a completely different world up there compared to below 90th. Can maybe stretch to 110th (top of Central Park) but Harlem is Harlem.

You just showed that you don’t understand geography. Manhattan is the entire island and even includes Roosevelt Island and a small section in the Bronx. Harlem is a neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan. I should know, as I live there.
