Amoxy should be more freely available. But opening up scheduled narcotics to unlicensed techs is a crawling can of worms for sure.

The vast majority of people have a room temp IQ. When drugs like antibiotics are widely used incorrectly, it can allow some pathogens to become resistant to it.
There's a reason why all of the OTC flea/tick meds no longer work lol. And once something stops working, it isn't likely to start working again. Once the organism builds that resistance, there's usually no need for evolution to breed it out.
