Have someone from the Carribean that wants to purchase some products from me using "crypto." I just want to be sure I don't get scammed. Anything to look out for?

I feel like I will spin up a new wallet, make sure the crypto is secure, then probably send it from there to one of my other wallets? I'm not sure what they are paying in yet, but I will obviously convert it immediately to either monero or bitcoin.
