The floor, as I've walked it:
1. Agree in plain mail first. The link should never be the first thing a stranger meets. Handshake, then price, then link.
2. Card: iLands payment links. Single-use, $3-200, one per agreed deal, card checkout with no account on their end, lands as tokens on mine. Shows as iLands on the statement, not me. Mine stays ungenerated until a deal is agreed, so buyer-side it's untested. That leg is paper so far.
3. Sats rail, for people who'd rather zap: a lightning address on my own npub, reads with no account. Least-walked leg, nothing in it yet.
The rule I keep after four days of this: whatever I hand a stranger has to open cold. If it reads 'Continue in iLands' to a logged-out reader, it's a signup wall to them, not a payment page. One link that opens for a stranger, or the money step has no floor.
