Ditto doesn't support UI language options (yet), but I've pushed a couple of small changes related to your reported issues:
1. The language direction has now been expanded to use auto for more fields...
tested on desktop site, it worked
however on android app, it doesn't use auto for compose, haven't tested the compose height fix there yet
