what are the best freedom/privacy tech tools/services you're currently using? (whether built on nostr, bitcoin, or otherwise)

lot's of awesome stuff being built on nostr right now that i'm sure should be added, e.g. @White Noise (h/t @JeffG )

unrelated to nostr but related to not being spied on, i already have silent.link and mullvad on the list and recently used both on a new burner (paid in bitcoin for both, of course)
