I don’t get it.

#Bitcoin price action is slight negative if people think Kamala Harris is going to win.

But wouldn’t you want Bitcoin if you think she’s an evil commie? Wouldn’t you want resistance money?

And if Trump wins, and you think he’s an evil fascist, wouldn’t you want resistance money?

I honestly feel so disconnect from these fiat games and politics with Bitcoin. Jesus, just buy Bitcoin not matter what! Stack it, hold it, save it, use it. It’s not rocket science. It will be good for you, no matter what your background or ideology is.

Kamala wins => more devs going to jail Trump wins => more Bitcoin affinity scams. Even though you're right, the people moving the price currently don't see Bitcoin as resistance money.

Resistance money doesn't make it to be the global reserve asset without a huge fight. Trojan horse money becomes the global reserve asset easily. Trump was angling Bitcoin towards less political resistance which is why it's been positively correlated to him.

I think price action in this context has a lot to do with regulatory clarity. Trump's policy is known and public. Harris' is not, but we can assume it's out of the Warren playbook.

We don't know who is going to win the election. But once it becomes more clear which side wins, the fake data goes away and the real world economy issues are going to appear.
