Keyboard shortcuts are your best friend. If you hold alt/option while long pressing the green button for your windows it’ll display options to move the window to either side of the screen or to zoom.

Few tips: Install: https://rectangleapp.com/ Mac's window management is weird. System Settings > Desktop and Dock > Minimize windows into application icon: Check System Settings > Desktop and Dock > Show recent applications in Dock: Uncheck

Niceeeeeeeeeee. You could consider putting a different OS on there like Ubuntu too. Le more open. :)
