@nprofile1q... I forgot what these plants are called, but they are an invasive species, that the deer love to eat.
The other day when I was heading out on my hike, I spooked 3 deer that were at the water's edge grazing on these. It looked to be an older doe and two younger ones with her. She bolted first, then the younger ones, and as the yunguns watched me, mom was farther back in the woods watching us all.
