I honestly don't understand why a revolution is proposed as a fix for the corruption of sociopathic ruling class. Won't the sociopaths also corrupt the revolution to reorganize society in a manner that's even more convenient for them? The communist revolution followed the same path to produce people like Stalin.

Agree that revolution is not a permanent solution and was not intending to present it as such though I can see how it might read that way. Instead as implied in the quote from Jefferson at the end of the essay, I think it's a periodic necessity. I also think you could hope that humanity might one ...
