Here is Shilohs defense attorneys statement, he outright says the judge was completely biased and was actively assisting the prosecutor while harassing and interrupting the defense.

The nigger was SPEAKING ENGLISH on the side with the prosecutor then pretending he didn't know how to while on the stand.

The judge also didn't instruct the jury on the constitutional issues, and rather mere relied in statute, which is infirm. On its face, it criminalized some conduct that is protected speech.
