Core 30 changes in default relay policy doesn’t change the block size limit. People who think this has increased spam have to explain why the past month has zero large op returns.
As to other spam transactions the changes 110 introduces won’t stop them. They will be more costly but they will also bloat the chain more as they will require more transactions to accomplish the same amount of data storage. Spam like ordinals and other inscriptions are already a waste of money…why would anyone think economics drive this behavior.
Anyone who tells you this will reduce bloat is not being truthful. They can’t possibly know how these changes will affect things.
