@nprofile1q... I wanted to turn fluffytail.org into a public instance months ago, only to be met with dumb laws like the Texas lolicon one. I agree with the sentiment and reason why it was created, but it is too much risk since that instance lives in Austin, TX.
At this point hosting and the EU and dealing with the possible GDPR/DSA bulshittery might be a better option.
