In the past platforms paying users with crypto failed mostly because spam content prevailed. Random low effort posts about cooking, posts with zero interest to absolutely anyone, like good morning and good night, and efforts to manipulate these platforms with bots. Now with AI it's probably even worse. I'm not sure how Hive still survived but it still hasn't done anything at all to escape this trend. For the most part it's nonsense posts with zero interesting or valuable information. So, watching spam food images and recipes in my feed here at BCHNostr is not really making me feel enthusiastic.
