I thought BSV and BCH were hard forks, meaning wanting to expand the rules set so it is not reverse compatible. BIP 110 would be a soft fork and constrains the rules set, without changing them entirely.

If bip110 actually worked, I think it would have lot of support. Not only it doesn't work it also breaks some of the things that already working well and could have introduced new problems. On top of that it's all temporary. If it becomes a hard fork, it would be lamest one.

BSV-ers just want control, same as Blockstream and MicroStrategy's Saylor.
