@nprofile1q... mmm your GeoIP plugin is wrong then, it's in AU- when they migrated the NPDC region to it they published a FAQ including naming which datacentres in AU it was hosted in - 206.187.33.112 which is it's IP is in Melbourne. Your GeoIP plugin is probably just looking simply at the larger address block being ARIN space, going "Oh, US" and not looking at the fact it's been reallocated down to AU.
I don't disagree there may be better options/locations though but I at least appreciate it for being something I can use and that the library hasn't been shut down by those in power...
