How does Twitter look when a user has only replied to things?

Maybe #[2] is hesitant to post because messaging into a void hoping to get a response, or even at least a like, can be anxiety inducing? And maybe he's a just a bot or spy.

#[2]’s more of a voice guy

The empty post state can my replaced with some motivational texts for user to put out some posts and also adding a post button there

Would be cool to default to post & replies in that specific case.

Is this due to some relay limitations of up to friends of friends only (up to 3rd degree) ? I can see some reposts.
