Last I heard was something about their bitcoin service and mining being dodgy

They have been great for me for literally years. But when users got hit with fees because of yet another debacle with Fortress Trust I moved away from them and have stopped recommending them to people. That was such a bad move, imo.

It seems like they are struggling. They let a ton of people go, seemed to have plenty of communication break downs, etc. I moved on entirely after I had to field a bunch of questions from all the people I referred to them about the custodian transfer fee. I’m not sure why that wasn’t picked...
