clearly not.

taking a jab, staying home from work/school, getting paid govt cash, of course people will comply. why not? only danger is the jab, and they said its safe.

big difference between that and worrying you might get stabbed in the street, or your daughter raped. even the calmest of men tend to get a bit riled.

and the UK govt are fucked now. Belfast has had decades of violence and rebellion and they won't do what they're told.
so the govt can go in hard to crush it, but likely make it worse (they got rid of the old police forces)
or they can talk, which sends the message to the rest of the UK that violence is the only way the govt will listen.

you dont need everyone to revolt, just enough.
