Are there Pixel phones available with Graphene pre-installed or do you have to do it yourself?

Curious if that gets around the blocking of miracast support or if that's built into the hardware somehow. I've loved my Pixels for years (and Nexus before them...better really), but the petty lack of support for open Miracast is particularly annoying, especially in a home full of Roku TV's and fire...
