I still think there are huge differences in the way kids experience tech compared to how I did, and how you did (don't know your age but based on your pfp I'll assume you've been around for a bit hahaha). The internet didn't follow you around 24/7 through your phone, and it was normal to not be reachable all the time.
By my count, rejecting tech is as good a start as any towards breaking off from the status quo.
