Just jumping on the "how did outlook get so bad" bandwagon... this is a daily occurrence for me. Open browser to access outlook, outlook has auto-logged me out. Fair enough. Please enter your password, yup fine. Now your 6 digit authentication. Also good. Next page is a "please wait whilst we log you out" before i then have to repeat the same process again? why?
