I think it's important. And if users (especially long term ones) don't know this, why?

It's an important difference to be aware of. And a lot of us less skilled in the art of reading code deserve to know this kind of information.

I'll still use primal to browse on my desktop. But it's great to be aware and know I might prefer to post using my trusty #damus client to know I'm broadcasting to all my added relays... Now on that note, I need to do something soon about over doing relays and probably just make my own at some stage 😂

Primal fans, devs, and investors attack me whenever I point out this stuff, it’s usually not worth it. I just stay in my lane and try to build my vision using better decentralized tech (nostrdb, etc). Its a bit slower to develop but hopefully I can reach the same quality of UX as their caching ser...
