I’m a full 180 on this position. I love going to the doctor because who knows if something could be wrong, and if I don’t go to the doctor it might never get spotted or fixed.

I'm the opposite, I want to know.

I never go to the doctor. Fear creates dis-ease. I know by feeling into my body if something is needed.

I sometimes have similar feelings… and then sometimes I am able to create/maintain a detached perspective and calm. I wish I understood what chemicals were flowing in the latter situation…

I worked 30 years in health care, and I gotta tell you, the erosion in my belief that doctors have intelligence and integrity slowly ebbed until the Covid Caper obliterated it like a Ukrainian dam! Trust mostly gone now. See a specialist when you need to.

If you remain positive your body chemistry will be your ally. Even if someone says something bad ever, don't ever believe them on first take (RFK, John Hopkins, med.errors 3rd leading cause).
