I want America to be a country that everyone wants to work with. A country with advanced technology and the people who make it. A country with amazing public infrastructure that makes visitors stop and take photos. A country with a reputation for taking on ambitious projects and succeeding at getting them done. A country who leads in opinions on international conflicts because of an excellent track record of being right.

That's not going so well and hardly ever was.
